KØN Museum in Aarhus wrote a small book tracing the history of gender and its ties to themes like climate, politics, work, and sport. Working from a blank slate, I developed the concept of making the publication itself a visual journey through the museum. I designed the layout and graphics.

 

Drawing from the museum's exhibitions and historic architecture, I photographed building details and translated them into graphic elements throughout. The result guides readers through gender history while immersing them in the museum experience.
